Southern BBQ Chicken Over Crispy Greens

6 cups torn romaine lettuce leaves (about 10 oz.)
3/4 lb. sliced cooked barbecued chicken breasts
2 medium tomatoes, cut into thin wedges
1/2 cup fresh or canned, drained whole kernel corn
1/2 cup black eyed peas or black beans, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/2 cup Wish-BoneĀ® Ranch Dressing
Arrange lettuce on serving platter, then top with chicken, tomatoes, corn, peas and onion. To serve, drizzle with Wish-BoneĀ® Ranch Dressing.
