South Beach Miami Party Wings



Separate the wings at the joint and soak them in the milk for at least one hour (overnight is preferable) Put the flour into a plastic baggie and add salt & pepper to taste. Place a few pieces of chicken in the baggie at a time and shake until each piece is fully coated. Mix together the hot sauce and the barbecue sauce. Heat the oil in a deep fry pan. Fry the wings until browned (5 – 7 minutes). Remove to a paper towel to drain, then place wings onto a platter. Pour the barbecue/hot sauce mixture over the wings and “EAT THE HEAT.”
