Sour Cream Pear Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 Cup diced, peeled ripe pears
  • 1/2 C. sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 T. flour
  • 1 C. (8 oz) sour cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • dash salt
  • 1 unbaked pastry shell (9 inches)

Topping:

  • 1/2 C. sugar
  • 1/3 C. four
  • 1/4 . butter
  1. Combine pears, sugar, egg, flour, sour cream, vanilla, and salt. Blend gently. Spoon into pie shell.
  2. Bake at 350ยบ for 25 minutes.
  3. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over pie.
  4. Return to oven for 30 minutes.
  5. Chill before serving, if desired.
