Snow Ice Cream

Description I can remember making this many times when I was a child in Colorado. Once again this is from my Grandmother McDowell. She used to make this for my Mom, and the kids in the neighborhood. Use fresh snow, and make sure it is clean 🙂

Generations – My Family Cookbook
2 eggs beaten
1 1/2 C. sugar
2 C. milk
2 Tbsp. vanilla
a dash of salt
Add snow to desired consistency. And enjoy. I realize some people may not like to eat raw eggs. You might want to try Egg Beaters, but you are on your own. I live in Houston, TX, so it is not likely that I will get a chance to try this one.
