In a medium pan saute the onions and garlic in the olive oil. When the onions are translucent, add the shrimp and continue to saute for 3 to 4 minutes. Add the tequila and flame off the alcohol. Add the lime juice when the shrimp are cooked half way. Garnish with cilantro and Smuggler’s Run Fire Island Pirate Hot Sauce. Serve and accept praise for your culinary skills.
