Slimming Chef’s Salad

Ingredients
1 bag (12 oz.) mixed salad greens (about 8 cups)
2 cups shredded red cabbage
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 medium cucumber, sliced
1 small red onion, sliced
1/4 lb. cooked turkey, ham or roast beef, cut into strips
1 cup shredded cheddar, Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese (about 4 oz.)
2 hard-cooked eggs, cut into wedges
1/4 cup Wish-BoneĀ® Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
Combine all ingredients except Wish-BoneĀ® Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing in large bowl; chill. Just before serving, toss with Dressing.
