Skorthalia (Greek Garlic Spread)
Ingredients
- 10 slices crustless white bread, cubed
- 1 C Olive Oil
- 1/2 C White Vinegar
- 1 whole head Garlic, peeled, minced and mashed
- 2 T to 1/4 C lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Put bread in the bowl of a food processor or liquid blender, mix oil, vinegar & garlic and pour over bread.
- Let stand until liquid is absorbed
