Skillet Sausage Stew
- 1 lb fully cooked smoked sausage, cut up
- 6 small new red potatoes
- 1 small onion
- 1 (14.5-oz) can stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 medium head of cabbage cut in wedges
- In a large skillet, combine all ingredients except cabbage. Mix well.
- Arrange cabbage wedges on top.
- Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and cook 15- 25 minutes till veggies are tender.
- Spoon sauce over cabbage before serving
