Skillet Fruit Cobbler

Ingredients

(Use #8 iron skillet.)

1/4 lb. butter
1 c. flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
Milk
fruit

Melt butter in skillet.

Instructions

Mix sugar, flour and baking powder and enough milk to make a batter. Pour batter over butter. Add fruit. Do not stir. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
