Simply Blueberry Pie

Ingredients

  • 4 C. fresh berries( strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries)
  • 1 C. sugar
  • 1 C. water
  • 3 T. cornstarch
  • 1 pie shell
  1. Put 3 cups berries in pie shell.
  2. Cook 1 C. berries, 1 C. sugar. 1 C. water & 3 T. cornstarch until thick & clear.Pour over berries in pie shell.
  3. Cool to room temperature.
  4. Store in refrigerator.
  5. Top with whipped cream or Cool-Whip
