Simple Spinach and Scallion Dip


1 can (13.5 oz.) Del Monte® Fresh Cut Leaf Spinach, drained
8 ounces cream cheese
3/4 cup scallion, finely chopped
a few dashes Tobasco
salt, to taste
black pepper , freshly ground (to taste)


Use a rubber spatula or wooden spoon to combine all of the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl until smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl and dip with crudites or chips.
