Simple Pickled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 12 hard-cooked eggs, cooled and peeled
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp dried mustard
  • 4 cups white vinegar
  • 1 clove peeled garlic
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 large bay leaf
  1. Place eggs in jar; combine remaining ingredients.
  2. In a saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour over eggs.
  3. Refrigerate for 2 days before serving.
