Shrimp Shortcake Biscuits

1 cup sifted flour
1 1/2 teaspoons Rumford Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons shortening
1/3 cup milk (about)
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup cooked and cleaned shrimp

1. Melt butter, add salt and flour and blend until smooth.

2. Add milk and continue stirring until slightly thickened. Add the shrimp and heat thoroughly. Can be kept hot in upper part of double boiler.

1. Use 1/2 Basic Rumford Baking Powder Biscuit recipe.

2. While hot, split and fill and top with shrimp mixture.

3. Sprinkle with freshly grated cheese and garnish with watercress and ripe olives.
