Shrimp Fajitas

1 lb. medium shrimp, shelled & deveined
2 Tbsp. cilantro
1 minced garlic clove
1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning TM
1/3 cup lime juice
6 flour tortillas
1 Tbsp. oil
1 green pepper, seeds removed, sliced in strips
1 red or yellow pepper, seeds removed, sliced in strips
1 red onion, sliced in strips

Sour cream
Shredded cheeses (cheddar, mozzerella, etc.)
Shredded Lettuce
Chopped tomatoes
Hot Sauce

In a bowl with a lid, or marinating dish, combine shrimp, cilantro, garlic, seasoning and lime juice. Mix together and allow to marinate overnight, or at least 4 hours.

After shrimp has marinated, and you are ready to prepare the dish:

Heat tortillas, either in microwave, covered with wax paper (about 2-3 min.), or in 350 degree oven wrapped in foil (about 15-20 minutes in oven)

Meanwhile, in a saucepan, heat oil. Add vegetables and stir at medium heat until veggies are cooked fairly well, but not browned. Add shrimp mixture. Continue cooking until shrimp is opaque.

Serve tortillas and shrimp mixture separately on table, along with condiments so people can make their own fajitas.
