Sharons Tortilla Rollups


  • 1 8-oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup chunky salsa
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 12 6″ flour tortillas
  1. With softened cream cheese in a bowl, mix in salsa, onions and spices. Mix well. Optional: chopped black olives for color.
  2. Spread one heaping tablespoonful of mixture onto tortilla
  3. Roll tortilla up, jelly roll fashion Place seam side down on plate
  4. Repeat this process until all the cream cheese mixture has been used up
  5. Chill rolled-up tortillas for 2 hours, covered to prevent drying out
  6. Slice each rollup into bite size pieces
