Sesame Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 2-1/2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsl sesame or olive oil
  • 4 green onions with tops only (sliced)
  • 1/2 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp sesame seeds
  • pepper to taste
  1. In large plastic bag or glass dish, combine all ingredients, except chicken wings, to make a marinade
  2. Add chicken to marinade
  3. Coat well, cover & refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours or overnight, turning occasionally
  4. Remove chicken to a shallow rack in a baking pan; discard marinade
  5. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes
  6. Turn, and bake 20 minutes longer or until tender
