Scwartze’s Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 kg pkg Frozen Hashbrown potatoes (thawed slightly)
  • 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 500 ml Container of Sour Cream
  • 2 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1/2 Cup butter or Margarine
  1. Mix all ingredients together and place in casserole dish.
  2. Bake at 350 for 1 to 1/2 Hours.
