Scandinavian Raspberry Soup Recipe

20 oz. (2 pk) Red Raspberries frozen in syrup
1/2 cup Orange Juice
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
3/4 cup Chablis or other dry white wine
Fresh Orange Sections
8 teaspoons Mint leaves
Sour Cream

Puree 1 package raspberries in blender, strain to remove seeds. In medium saucepan, combine pureed raspberries, orange juice, lemon juice and cornstarch. Mix well. Cook over medium heat, stir until slightly thickened and clear. Let cool. Stir in remaining package of raspberries and white wine. Chill. To serve, place several orange sections in each bowl. Then add soup. Garnish with mint leaves. Serve with sour cream. Refrigerate left-overs.
