Sauteed Salsa Chicken or Turkey Tenderloins
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or turkey tenderloin
1 jar Cookies Premium Salsa – Mild or Medium
3 Tbsp brown sugar
non stick cooking spray
1 tsp Cookies Flavor Enhancer
Cut chicken into bit-sized strips. In a plastic bag, combine chicken and flavor enhancer. Shake and let site for 1 hour. Spray frying pan with non-stick cookie spray. Over medium heat, saute chicken until browned on all sides, approximately 5 to 10 minutes. Add salsa and bring to a boil. Mix in brown sugar and simmer. Serve over brown rice.
