Sausage Souffl

6 eggs, slightly beaten
6 pieces bread slices, broken in pieces
1 c. shredded cheese (cheddar)
1 lb. bulk pork sausage, browned % 26 drained
2-1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
Minced onions (optional
Mix all ingredients together, pour into 9″x12″ cake pan. Cover with foil. Leave in refrigerator overnight. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Cool slightly, slice and serve. Do not freeze. Serves 6.
