Sausage-Potato Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 lb bulk pork sausage
  • 1 pkg (8) crescent rolls
  • 1 cup frozen loose-packed hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  1. Brown sausage and drain. Separate crescent dough into triangles
  2. Place in an ungreased (this is what the recipe says; if I do not grease the pan they always stick) 12″ pizza pan, points toward the center. Press over bottom and up sides to form a crust; seal preforations. Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes. Top with cheddar cheese
  3. In a bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt & pepper
  4. Pour into crust
  5. Sprinkle with parmesan
  6. Bake in 375° oven for 25 to 30 minutes
