Sausage and Apples
1 pound Lockhart sausage (approximatetely 2 sausage)
6 medium cooking apples cored and each cut into 8 wedges (2 pounds total)
3 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon peper
Cut sausage into bite size pieces, cook sausage 10 mintues., add apples, then sprinkle with sugar, lemon and spices. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minues, stir twice.
