1 tsp. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp. chili powder
2 cups cubed fresh or drained canned pineapple
2 medium avocados, thinly sliced
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/3 cup chopped red onion
1/3 cup chopped pistachios, toasted if desired
60 sprays Wish-Bone® Salad Spritzers® Asian Silk Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette Dressing
Preheat oven 425°.
In medium bowl, combine brown sugar with chili powder. Add pineapple; toss to coat. On jelly-roll pan, arrange pineapple in a single layer and cook 7 minutes or until golden; cool.
On 6 plates, arrange avocados, then top with pineapple, carrots, red onion and pistachios. Evenly spritz with Wish-Bone® Salad Spritzers® Asian Silk Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette Dressing.
