Salmon Pate
1 pound can salmon
1 8-ounce cream cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
Drain, flake salmon, remover skin and bones. Mix rest of ingredients together and combine with salmon. Can be made ahead of time and frozen. If you wish, it can be shaped into a ball and rolled in 3 tbsp. snipped parsley and then rolled in 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Serve with crackers.
