Salmon Cheese Spread

2 pkg. cream cheese (3 oz. each), softened
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can salmon, drain, bone, remove skin and crumble
2 green onions, sliced thinly
crackers of your choice

Combine cream cheese, mayo and lemon juice. Add salt, curry powder, basil and pepper; mix well. Gently stir in salmon and onions. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight.

Serve this with crackers. I enjoy this a lot. Makes 1 1/2 cups
