S.W. Chili Dip

Ingredients

  • 1-8 oz. pkg, shredded cheddar
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1-4 1/2 oz. can ripe olives, chopped & drained
  • 1-4 oz. chopped green chilies, drained
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  1. In large bowl, stir together cheese, mayo, 1/2 of olives, all of chilies & garlic powder
  2. Spread into 9″ dish
  3. Bake 20 min. at 350°
  4. Sprinkle with tomatoes, olives & green onions in three rings or mix together
  5. Serve with warm tortilla chips
  6. May serve with sour cream on the side
