2 pkg. crushed vanilla wafers, about 7 or 8 oz.
1/2 cup rum
1/2 cup karo syrup
1 lb. walnuts or pecans, chopped finely or ground coarsely
Mix all ingredients together well. Pick up dough by tablespoonfuls and roll into a ball by hand. Roll in confectioers’ sugar. Store in tightly covered container.
Best if made a couple of dsays before serving.
