Rothschild Hot Pepper Berry Patch Torta
- 1lb cream cheese, softened
- 1lb butter, softened
- 1 jar Robert Rothschild Hot Pepper Berry Patch Preserves
Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Line a 4-cup mold with plastic wrap. Spread 1/4 of the cream cheese mixture in bottom of mold. Carefully spread 1/3 of the Robert Rothschild Hot Pepper Berry Patch Preserves on the top. Repeat layers, ending with the cream cheese. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before serving. Serve with crackers or bread slices.
