Rosemary Marinade
½ c soy sauce ½ c olive oil 4-1/2 tbsp honey 6 lrg garlic cloves, minced 1 tbsp dried rosemary 1-1/2 tbsp coarsely ground black pepper 1-1/2 tsp salt 2-1/4 meat (flank steak, chicken or pork) |
Instructions |
Mix all ingredients except for the meat. Add the meat, turning to coat and refrigerate for 2 hours. Grill meat to desired doneness. If flank steak, let stand 5 minutes and then cut across grain into thin strips. Arrange on platter and serve. Serves 6. |
