Robert Rothschild Apricot Mango Wasabi Fruit Sushi



In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, rice vinegar and 2 TBS Robert Rothschild Apricot Mango Wasabi Sauce. Cook rice and spread in a large pan to begin cooling. Fold mixture into rice and evenly coat rice, creating a sticky rice. When rice is cool enough, form sushi into small roll with hands. Brush a strip of Apricot Mango Wasabi Sauce onto the top of the rice rolls. Place a thin slice of your favorite fruit on top. You can mix the Apricot Mango Wasabi Sauce with soy sauce to make a nice dipping sauce for the sushi.
