Risotto with sweet potato


400 g sweet potato
20 g rice
1 onion
50 g butter
200 g green peppers
1 dl oil
Salt and pepper


Peel the sweet potatoes and onion, some sweet potatoes cut into thin strips, and dice the remaining potatoes and onions. Fry onion on some oil, add green peppers, add sweet potatoes and, after a while, add some water. Add rice, boiled in salted water, and butter
