Rick’s Ragin’ Tequilanero Wings



Slowly melt butter in large sauce pan. Add  ( 1 Tbs. for hot wings; 3 Tbs for killer wings) and vinegar, then remove from heat. Heat oil in large heavy frying pan to 370 degrees; deep fry wings, a few at a time, until they are brown and crisp. Reheat Rick’s Ragin’ Tequilanero mixture made in step one and add wings to saucepan. Toss wings to coat evenly and transfer them to a platter. Serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing as a dip.
