Reduced Fat Cookies ‘N’ Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups skim milk
  • 1 Package (1 ounce) fat-free instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 container (8 ounces) frozen, light whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup coarsely crushed reduced fat or regular chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 1 reduced fat graham cracker pie crust
  1. In a bowl, combine milk and pudding mix; beat for 1 minute or until well blended
  2. Let stand 5 minutes to thicken
  3. Fold in whipped topping and crushed cookies
  4. Spoon into crust
  5. Freeze until firm, about 6 hours
