Red Skin Potato Salad


8-10 medium red skin potatoes
4-6 green onion
1/3-2/3 cup Hormel Real Bacon Bits
1-1 1/2 cup Miracle Whip
1/2-1 teaspoon red wine vinegar


Cook potatoes whole with skins on. While potatoes are cooking chop up onions including the green part and put bacon bits in a medium to large bowl. In another bowl mix Miracle Whip and red wine vinegar. When potatoes are done drain them, leaving skins on and let cool for 10 minutes. Chop up warm potatoes in the same bowl as bacon and onions. When all chopped up mix Miracle Whip with potato mixture. Best if made very early in the day or made the night before. .
