Raspberry-Cheese Dip with Fresh Fruit Recipe

  • 6-ounces (165 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1-tbsp (15 ml) brown sugar
  • 1/2-tbsp (2 ml) ground ginger
  • 1-tbsp (15 ml) red wine vinegar
  • 1-cup (250 ml) raspberries, crushed
  • fresh fruit, in bite-size pieces
  1. In a bowl, mix first 4 ingredients. Blend in raspberries. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
  2. Serve dip with fresh fruit skewered onto long toothpicks.
