Ranch Stew


  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • One 16-ounce can tomatoes
  • One 16-ounce can whole kernel corn
  • One 16-ounce can red kidney beans
  • Scant teaspoon chili powder
  1. Sauté ground beef, onion, and green pepper until beef is fully cooked. Add tomatoes, corn, and kidney beans. Season to taste with salt and scant teaspoon of chili powder.
  2. Cook slowly until thick.
