Ramen Noodle Cole Slaw
- 1 package low-fat Ramen Noodles, any flavor
- 1 package cole slaw mix
- 2 bundles green onions (I use only one bundle)
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 3-4 cooked and diced chicken breasts
- 1 apple cored and diced
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- Seasoning packet from noodles
- Right before you’re ready to serve, mix all salad ingredients together except the Ramon noodles.
- Add the dressing. Mix well.
- Crunch up the noodles and mix them in, and you’re ready to serve!
