Quick Beef and Vegetable Stew

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked beef, cut in 1 inch cubes
  • 10 1/2 oz. can golden mushroom soup
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 3 carrots, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 3 potatoes, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen peas, if desired
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. In large saucepan, combine all ingredients except peas.
  2. Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes. Add peas and continue cooking for 15 minutes until all vegetables are tender.
