Q and E Potato Soup 4 Two

Ingredients

  • 1 can sliced potatoes, drained, diced
  • 3 Tbsp diced onions, cook in MW 1 min.
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1-1/4 c water
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 2/3 c instant potato flakes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Bring all ingredients except potato flakes to a boil
  2. Stir in potato flakes and stir until thick
