1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
1/4 cup sugar
3-8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1-15 oz. can prepared pumpkin
2/3 cup evaporated milk
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
2 cups sour cream
1/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Combine ingredients and press into a 9-inch springform pan.
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugars and eggs. In a separate bowl, combine pumpkin, milk, cornstarch and spices. Add to cream cheese mixture. Pour onto graham cracker crust.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for about 60 minutes. Remove from oven, combine topping ingredients and pour topping mixture over cake. Return to 350 degree F. oven and bake for additional 5 minutes.
