Pulled Pork Trackside Salad

6 cups torn romaine lettuce leaves
2 cups shredded cooked pulled pork or 1 container (18 oz.) barbecue shredded pork, heated*
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (about 4 oz.)
1 avocado, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup chopped red onion
Plain tortilla chips, crushed
1/2 cup Wish-Bone® Ranch Dressing
Arrange lettuce on serving platter, then top with pork, cheese, avocado and onion. Sprinkle with tortilla chips, then drizzle with Wish-Bone® Ranch Dressing.
*SUBSTITUTION: Use 1 container (18 oz.) prepared chili, heated.
