- 2 to 3 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 to 2 Tblsp. butter or margarine
- 4 to 5 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 8 oz. Velveeta cheese
- In medium saucepan, sauté celery in butter until tender. Add potatoes, onion soup mix and water to cover. Cook until potatoes are tender.
- Add cream cheese; mix well.
- Add Velveeta; mix well and serve when hot
