Potato And Rosemary Soup


1 cup Half-and-Half

1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

1/4 cup red onion, diced

2 garlic cloves, minced

1/3 cup carrots, diced

1/2 cup celery, diced

2 cups red potatoes, sliced

1/4 cup bell peppers, chopped

1 tablespoon rosemary, chopped

Salt and pepper, to taste

Dash of Tabasco sauce, optional


Add all ingredients into a 1 quart crock pot. Stir and cook for 5-6 hours. Serves 2.
