Polish Sausage Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 polish sausage
  • 4 potatoes cubed
  • 2 carrots diced
  • 1 pkg white northern beans
  • 1 small onion
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 3 slices raw bacon
  1. Cook beans in water with bacon for about 3 hours until almost done.
  2. Add potatoes and carrots and onion and cook for another hour and chunk up sausage and add and cook for another 15 minutes and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Serve with cornbread.
