1 1/2 C. Water
1/2 C. Salt
2 T. Alum (this is a canning supply, you can leave it out)
1 T. Oil
2 1/2 C. Flour
food coloring of your choice
1/2 C. Salt
2 T. Alum (this is a canning supply, you can leave it out)
1 T. Oil
2 1/2 C. Flour
food coloring of your choice
Methods/steps
Heat water and salt to 180 degrees in a saucepan. Add alum, oil, flour and food coloring. Mix well and allow it to cool until you can comfortably touch the dough. Knead until color is uniform.
