Pina Colada Dip
- 8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
- 5 Tbsp. instant vanilla pudding
- 1 can (8 oz.) unsweetened
- crushed pineapple with
- Cream together ingredients. Add: 1/2 c. Coco Lopez real cream of coconut (this must be mixed well before measuring), 1/4 c. rum, peel and juice of 1 lemon, Mix together.
- Let sit 2 to 3 hours or 3 to 4 days before serving.
- Serve with fresh fruit or canned pineapple.
