Pina Colada Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 5 Tbsp. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 can (8 oz.) unsweetened
  • crushed pineapple with
  • juice
  1. Cream together ingredients. Add: 1/2 c. Coco Lopez real cream of coconut (this must be mixed well before measuring), 1/4 c. rum, peel and juice of 1 lemon, Mix together.
  2. Let sit 2 to 3 hours or 3 to 4 days before serving.
  3. Serve with fresh fruit or canned pineapple.
