Pie & Graham Crust: (Lemon)

Ingredients

  • 1 can Borden Sweetened & Condensed Milk
  • 1/2 c. Lemon Juice
  • 1 t. Lemon Rind
  • 1 Egg Yolk

Crust

  • 1 1/4 c. Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 6 T. Butter
  • 1/4 t. Cinnamon
  1. Mix. Pour into toasted pie shell.
  2. Cover with meringue & toast in 350 degree oven.
  3. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving
  4. Crust: Melt butter & mix crust ingredients. Press firmly into 9″ pie pan using 2nd pan.
  5. Toast & bake at 375 degrees until edges are brown.
  6. Chill & fill.
