Philly Cheese Steak Crescent Pizza


  • 1 (8-oz) refrigerated can crescent dinner rolls
  • 8 oz thinly sliced roast beef (from deli section of grocery store)
  • 1 Tbsp Italian salad dressing
  • 1 to 1-1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil (vegetable oil is fine too)
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped onions
  • 1/2 tsp beef flavor instant bouillon
  1. Unroll dough in ungreased 13×9″ pan. Press over bottomand 1/2 inch up sides. Firmly press perforations to seal. Wrap beef tightly in foil
  2. Place crescent dough and beef in 375° oven for 10 minutes, or until crust is light golden brown
  3. Arrange warm beef over partially baked crust. Brush with salad dressing. Sprinkle with cheese
  4. Return to oven; bake an additional 8-10 minutes or until edges of crust are golden brown and cheese is melted
  5. Meanwhile, heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat until hot. Add bell pepper, onions and bouillon; cook and stir 3-5 minutes or until tender, stirring frequently
  6. Spoon cooked vegetables over melted cheese
