Peppered Pecans

Ingredients

  • 3-tbsp butter or margarine
  • 3-cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2-tsp Tabasco pepper sauce
  • 1/2-tsp salt
  • 3-cups pecan halves
  1. Preheat oven to 250º. In small skillet melt butter. Add garlic, Tabasco and salt; cook 1 minute.
  2. Toss pecans with butter mixture; spread in single layer on baking sheet.
  3. Bake 1 hour or until pecans are crisp, stirring occasionally.
