Pennsylvania Dutch Pork Chop Dish
4 pork chops
4 tbsp. catsup
6 med. size potatoes
1 med. onion, cut fine
Flour chops well and fry in hot grease until brown. Put chops in roaster. Cover with boiling water. Add salt and pepper, catsup and chopped onion. Peel and quarter potatoes lengthwise and place around the chops. Bake in moderate oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour until done and the broth has thickened. Serves 4.
